New Delhi: In a hate mail sent to all TV channels, the Indian Mujahideen- jehadi group responsible for recent bomb blasts in gujarat has warned fresh line of attacks. With the jehadi group having a big network in Gujarat and Maharahstra, the mail alsostates that their next attack would be on Gujarat and Maharashtra.

The mail also included photographs of cars claimed to have been used in the Ahmedabad blasts on July 26 when a series of explosions killed over 60 and injured many more.

The group also explains that it is the inability of the Mumbai police to arrest even a single mujahid whose played a role in the blasts. The Police have tried calming down the populace and cover the failure of cops.

The group has mentioned only 3 of the 10 — Mufti Abul Bashar, Sajid Mansuri and Zahid Shaikh in that order — of the 10 odd accused in the Ahmedabad blasts case, thus possibly delineating the pecking order among the alleged conspirators.

In their previous mail, Indian Mujahideen had warned of five serial blasts before they actually occurred.

Intelligence sources suspect that crediting a non-believer, that too a US citizen, Ken Haywood who was allegedly engaged in prosleytizing, could be meant to distract the attention from the real authors of the July 26 email sent from Haywood's Navi Mumbai apartment.

It is significant that while Heywood, anxious to avoid a narco test, suddenly left the country after dodging the look out notice for him, Mumbai police had given him a clean chit.

The police point out that the new mail from the group seems to be an attempt to give a clean chit to SIMI. Meanwhile, Intelligence sources say, they are tracking the origin of the new mail and have alerted all concerned as they are not taking any chances.
