Australian Rick Kulacz led the field with 12 under 201.
While Lahiri (70, 68, 71) bogeyed the fifth and birdied the 13th, Ghei (71, 65, 73) made an eagle on the 15th, birdied the 12th and dropped bogeys on the third, sixth, 11th, 13th and 16th.
Rahil Gangjee (69, 71, 76) was 64th at three over 216.
