Washington, Aug 23 : Hollywood actor Ernest Borgnine has rebutted the idea of retiring from movies, insisting that his profession has helped him live to the age of 91.
The Oscar winning actor has also claimed that many of his contemporaries would still have been alive if they would have been working.
"These guys who say, 'I can't wait to retire. Hot dog!' And after about a week they're ready to pull their hair out, keep busy and you'll stay younger and healthier, and you'll be around a hell of a lot longer," Contactmusic quoted the actor, as saying.
The actor is still hail and hearty and very busy with three flicks lined up in 2008.
