B'lore serial blasts case to be cracked soon: Minister
Bangalore, Aug 22 (UNI) Karnataka Home Minister V S Acharya today claimed the State Police, probing the July 25 serial bomb blasts in the city, were 'zeroing in' on the culprits and would crack the case very soon.
Speaking to newspersons at a funtion here, he said the State Police were working in co-ordination with the Central agencies and Ahmedabad Police making 'major' headway into 'pinning down' the culprits.
Refusing to divulge more, the Minister expressed confidence that the culprits would be brought to books shortly.
City Police Commissioner Shankar Bidari said the State Police had questioned over 400 people in connection with the blasts.
The City Police were in constant touch with their Gujarat counterparts who nabbed key suspects in the Ahmedabad blasts that occurred a day after.
The IT hub was rocked when eight crude IEDs went off in succession killing one woman and injuring seven.
