Srinagar, Aug 21 (UNI) The Karvan-e-Aman Bus Service between Srinagar-Muzaffarbad, capital of Pakistan Occupied Kashmir (PoK), today resumed its journey with 64 passengers on board.
The service was suspended on August 14 in view of the unrest in the state due to Amarnath land row and ''Muzaffarabad chalo'' agitation.
The number of those coming from the PoK was yet to be known.
Official sources said about four buses from Muzaffarabad-bound passengers left here from an undisclosed place for Kaman post, the last Indian post on the Line of Control (LoC), under tight security arrangements.
A report from Baramulla said there were only three Kashmiris who are crossing over to other side to meet their relatives for the first time after the 1947 partition.
It said 61 PoK citizens, who had arrived here to meet their relatives for the first time, also left for the PoK.
