Goa govt to study existing laws to regulate Cable TV
Panaji, Aug 20 (UNI) Goa Chief Minister Digambar Kamat told the state Assembly today that government will study the existing laws in other parts of the country to regulate cable TV network in the tourist state.
He was replying to queries during question hour about collection of taxes from the cable TV networks, mushrooming in Goa.
The state was facing a lot of problems from the unregulated networks and hence wanted to streamline their working, he added.
