Nitish taking vindictive action:Kushwaha
Patna, Aug 18 (UNI) Bihar Nationalist Congress Party(NCP) president Upendra Kushwaha today alleged that Chief Minister Nitish Kumar was being vindictive to his political opponents.
Mr Kushwaha told newspersons here that the administrative action to forcibly evict him from his official residence yesterday was a testimony to the fact.
''I was ready to pay the rent of the government quarter at market rate and had also submitted an application to the state building construction department in this regard,'' he saidd.
The NCP leader regretted that the state government had not provided the official residence at market rate to him despite living there for a long time.
'' Those who got elected to the state Assembly for the first time were also occupying big government bungalows as they were blessed by the Chief Minister,'' he stated.
