Pune, Aug 18 (UNI) Moderate to rather heavy rains are likely to occur at many places in South Konkan, Goa and at few places in south Madhya Maharashra.

Light to moderate rains are likely to occur at many places in north Konkan and at few places in north Madhya Maharashtra and Marathwada, according to weather forecast for Maharashtra, excluding Vidarbha and Goa.
