BJP National Executive to meet in Bangalore from Sept 12
Bangalore, Aug 18 (UNI) Bharatiya Janata Party National Executive Meeting will be held in Bangalore from September 12.
It would be the first time that Karnataka is hosting the National Executive of the party after BJP formed the government on its own strength in Karnataka and also in South.
Senior party leaders, including Opposition Leader in the Lok Sabha L K Advani, Party President Rajnath Singh, senior party leaders including Venkaiah Naidu, former Union Ministers, Gujrat Chief Minister Narendra Modi among others will attend the meeting, party sources told UNI here today.
Sources said that the dates of the three day Meeting was tentatively fixed from September 12 and if for any reason it has to be postponed the next date would be from September 17.
The Executive would take stock political scenario prevailing in the country and chalkout strategies to be adopted for the forthcoming Lok Sabha elections. The Meeting would also discuss and pass resolutions in Economic front, Indo-US nuclear deal etc.
