Adelaide women go nude for inspiration
Melbourne, Aug 18 : Princess Mary's bridesmaid Amber Petty was recently seen leading a group of Adelaide women in a nude shot taken to inspire women.
The photo shoot had been organised by the SAFM host as a way to boost confidence, and to inspire the local women to be comfortable with who they are.
"I just wanted to talk about real SA bodies, as opposed to what we think we should look like," Adelaide Now quoted Amber, also a columnist on The Advertiser, as saying.
"It's just a way of acknowledging that everybody has body issues - we all have bits and pieces we feel uncomfortable about - but everybody has them.
"I found doing the individual shots particularly confronting.
"But I felt really good about myself afterwards," she said.
The shoot took place at the Orange Lane Studios in Norwood, and 65 women volunteered for it.
"I think it's the best thing I've done on radio, if not in my life," Amber added.
