2 dead, 1 hurt as bike hits lorry
Tiruchirapalli, Aug 18 (UNI) Two persons were killed on the spot and another seriously injured when the two-wheeler on which they were travelling collided with a lorry at Kudamurutti Area in the city last night.
Police identified the victims as Mahendan (42) and Sekar (36).
Parthiban (29), who sustained injuries, was admitted to a private hospital in the city.
They returning home after attending a funeral when the mishap occurred,police said.
