Sharad Yadav in Nepal to participate swearing-in ceremony
New Delhi, Aug 17 (UNI) Janata Dal (U) leader and India-Nepal Friendship Forum chairman Sharad Yadav today left for Kathmandu to participate in the swearing-in ceremony of Nepal's first Prime Minister after the country became a republic.
He has gone there at an invitation of Pushpa Kamal Dahal Prachanda, who will be sworn in as the Prime Minister of the Republic, a party release issued here said.
Mr Yadav had visited Nepal during the struggle for restoration of democracy and peace there and had expressed solidarity with the struggling Neplese.
Mr Sudhindra Bhadoria, Mr K C Tyagi and Mr Anand Swaroop Verma are the members of Mr Yadav's delegation, it added.
