Paswan to lead LJP delegation to probe Greater Noida violence
New Delhi, Aug 16 (UNI) A nine-member delegation of Lok Jana Shakti Party (LJP) led by party president and Minister for Chemicals, Fertilizers and Steel Ram Vilas Paswan will visit Greater Noida on August 19 to inquire into the causes which led to the killing of several farmers on August 13.
According to a LJP release here today, the party had earlier sent one delegation on August 13 but that was stopped at Uttar Pradesh border by the UP authorities and police and taken to Vidhyut guest house, Noida from where they were later released.
The party has alleged that UP Government ruled by Mayawati is anti farmers, dalit and minotiies,the release added.
