Indo-Korea Music Festival at Kohima
Kohima, Aug 15 (UNI) Nagaland Chief Minister Neiphiu Rio today announced that Kohima was going to host the first ever Indo-Korea Music Festival to be held in December.
After hoisting the national tricolour at the Secretariat Plaza here on the 62nd Independence Day, Mr Rio said the Democratic Alliance of Nagaland (DAN) had declared ''music as an industry'' in Nagaland.
He added that the establishment of a Music Task Force was starting to pay rich dividends, with the state becoming a known landmark in the music map.
The Hornbill national Rock Contest is becoming one of the prestigious events among the music bands of the country.
