Jetking Infotrain ties up with WatchGuard
Mumbai, Aug 14 (UNI) WatchGuard Technlogies, a global provider of network security solutions, today signed up with leading Indian Information Technolog trainer, Jetking Infotrain to offer courses in Unified Threat Management appliances.
Growing fast in India, WatchGuard expected to double its live UTM appliances of 5000 by next year end and is finding it difficult to expand its base in view of the lack of trained manpower. The tie up would enable Jetking to offer Security course as a standalone module besides incorporating it as another subject in its 13 month course, Mr Nandu Bharwani told newsmen here.
Initially, the course would be offered in 20 of the 110 centres of JetKing and be gradually increased to cover all the centres, he said adding that more than 300,000 people who had graduated from Jetking could also avail the separate module as a weekend course at a nominal fee of Rs.2,000.
WatchGuard South Asia Country Manager Sunil Sapra said the market for UTM in India was estimated at Rs.210 crore.
