Three, including Bangladeshi, arrested in fake currency racket
New Delhi, Aug 11 (UNI) Police today claimed to have busted a gang dealing in fake currency with the arrest of three people, including a Bangladeshi national and seizure of currency worth Rs 1.05 lakh.
The three accused, Mohammad Subhan (34), Mohammad Nayeem (28) and Mohammad Sohail (24) - a Bangladeshi national were arrested yesterday from Sarai Kale Khan area where they had come to deliver the fake currency to prospective buyers, said the police.
Search at the residence of the accused also led to the recovery of a printer-cum-scanner, colour cartridges and paper used to print fake currency.
