Firearms recovered, two arrested
Patna, Aug 10 (UNI) Police today recovered a cache of firearms and arrested two people in this connection from Maner Police Station area in the district.
Senior Police Superintendent Amit Kumar said acting on a tip-off, a team of policemen raided a hideout under Maner police station area and recovered the firearms.
''Two rifles and as many pistols besides several live cartridges were recovered during the raid,'' he said.
The case was being investigated, Mr Kumar said adding the arrested people were being interrogated.
