68 BSP workers injured in road accidents in UP
Lucknow, Aug 9 (UNI) At least 68 BSP workers sustained injuries in separate road accidents, while they were heading towards the Ramabai Ambedkar maidan for BSP's grand national convention here today.
According to official reports, in Etawah at Jaswantnagar, a truck collided with a jeep injuring eight BSP workers, whereas in Aata area of Auraiya, at least 25 people received injuries after a bus dashed against a truck.
In Barabanki, a truck carrying BSP workers from Deoria collided with a truck at Ransanehi ghat and wounded nearly 35 people, including nine women.
About 16 people, who sutained serious injuries, were admitted to hospital, whereas others with minor wounds were relieved after first aid.
