New Delhi, Aug 8: 'Yuva Kranti Rally' is organised by the youth wing of the BJP, the Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha at Ramlila Maidan on Saturday, Aug 9 in which top leaders of the party, including Leader of the Opposition L K Advani, party President Rajnath Singh will address the youth delegates coming from all parts of the country.

With the people's struggle in Jammu against the designs of the separatist forces crossing beyond one month, the Rally would give the message to the people of Jammu that the youth cutting across geographical borders of the country were with their cause not only physically but also emotionally and morally.

''We also want to give the message to the government that the youth were capable of holding such rallies not just in Jammu but also in Lal Chowk,'' said BJP Yuva Morcha President Amit Thaker.

Protest leaders in Jammu will apprise the youth about the Amarnath land controversy where the Government had cancelled the allotment of 100 acres of land for 100 crore believers surrendering to the wishes of handful of separatist forces, he alleged.

Mr Thaker said a 15 feet replica of Amarnath Shivaling would be put up for worship on the podium.

Issues like price rise, inflation, education, employment, environment and Ram Sethu will be touched upon by the leaders and about 1.25 lakh youth delegates. Majority of them would be from Delhi and its neighbouring states like Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Punjab, Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh.

There would be representation from all the states, including youths from North-Eastern States and southern states. About 2000 delegates from West Bengal had already arrived while 15,000 would reach from Maharashtra tomorrow. Delegates were also expected from the southern states of Andhra Pradesh, Kerala, Karnataka and Tamil Nadu.

Those addressing the rally include Mr Jaswant Singh, Leader of the Opposition in Rajya Sabha, former BJP President M Venkaiah Naidu, General Secretaries Arun Jaitley, Anant Kumar and Sushma Swaraj. The Yuva Morcha was also expecting the participation of a number of BJP Chief Ministers, he said.
