NCM Member to discuss U K Indian minorities' issues in London

New Delhi, Aug 7 (UNI) National Commission for Minorities(NCM) Member Harcharan Josh will have wideranging discussions on issues related to Sikh, Muslim and other Indian minorities of the U K during his six-day visit to London for which he is leaving tomorrow.

Mr Josh has been invited as a chief guest for the Seminar "Role of the Activities of National Commission for Minorities for the Protection of Minority Rights" organised by the Southwark Hindu Centre.

The seminar has been organised to mark India's Independence Day.

The Day will be celebrated at St Faith's Community and Youth Centre, Red Post Hill, London.

He will also attend a meeting with the president and other Members of Sikh Community at Sri Guru Singh Sabha Gurdwara at Southall on August 9 on the occasion of Tri-Centenary celebrations of Gur-ta-Gaddi Diwas.

During his visit to London, the NCM Member will have meetings with NGOs working for minorities like Muslims, Christians, Sikhs, Buddhists and Hindu etc in the U K.
