A New York magazine reports suggests that Parker and Broderick seem to be interested in buying a property worth 17.8 million dollars in the hip and more private east village, which comprises of two houses that have been joined together.
The report further reveals that the property boasts a huge back yard, and 18 fireplaces.
The home is said to be in model Agyness Deyn, actors Colin Farrell and Alan Cumming's neighbourhood.
