HCC bags Rs 629.33 cr contract from Andhra Pradesh govt
New Delhi, Aug 6 (UNI) Hindustan Construction Company (HCC) today said it has bagged contract worth Rs 629.33 crore from the Andhra Pradesh government.
The company, in a joint venture with Megha Engineering and Infrastructures Ltd (MEIL) and Czech Republic-based CKD Blanko Enginerring, has bagged contract for J Chokka Rao Devdula lift irrigation scheme, from Andhra Pradesh's Irrigation and Command Area Development (ICAD) department, a company statement said.
The total order is valued at Rs 1,398.50 crore, of which the company's share is Rs 629.33 crore, it added.
The scope of work includes investigation, design, and laying pipeline, and execution of civil, electro-mechanical, hydro-mechanical, instrumentation, auxiliary and miscellaneous equipment at intake pumping station.
The project is to be completed within 36 months, the statement said.
