First Invest India Tour to be launched in London this September

Mumbai, Aug 6 (UNI) The first edition of Invest India Tour London 2008 (IITL 2008) coincides with The Property Investor Show in London this September, the most acclaimed property show in Europe.

A novel concept in the Indian realty industry, the IITL 2008, aims at propelling the Indian real estate sector into the global platform.

The IITL 2008 will kick-start with India Pavilion at The Property Investor Show, a three day exhibition at The ExCel, London organized by Homebuyer Events Limited.

This exhibition, engaging participants from across the globe and expecting footfalls in excess of 50,000, is touted to be the most lucrative opportunity for generating excellent business.

Talking to reporters specifically on London, market expert Mr Nayan Bavishi, Managing Director, Baron Group International said, there has always been a huge demand for Indian Properties amongst NRIs for self-use purposes or for family now, it is being looked as an Investment hub for the world's most mature property investment market.

This will be followed by Invest India Conclave, to be attended by various Fund Houses, Mutual Funds, Financial Institutions, Venture Capitalists and High Net-worth Private Investors looking at Institutional Investment opportunities in India Real Estate.

Another high profile event, India Business Meet, a business luncheon with political personalities, eminent members of the community, UK based and International property companies, will be organised in association with UK Chambers of Commerce where Indian companies can not only network but also explore possibilities of doing business in UK, seek partners or just share and learn best business practices.
