Daily wage employees to give memorandum of thanks to CM
Bhopal, Aug 6 (UNI) Daily wage employees of Madhya Pradesh would present a memorandum of thanks to Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan for accepting their long-pending demand for regularisation.
Rajya Karmachari Manch's President Ashok Pandey told a press conference here that daily wage employees would gather in large number and go to the Chief Minister's residence in the form of a rally.
A memorandum of thanks would be presented to Mr Chouhan. He would be urged to get order in this regard implemented soon.
About 55,000 daily wage employees and 82,000 workcharged employees of the state are supposed to get the benefit of regularisation and promotion.
Recently, the Supreme Court had directed state governments to complete regularisation of daily wage employees within six months.
