Minister asks workers not to agitate
Aizawl, Aug 5 (UNI) Mizoram health minister R Tlanghmingthanga today asked the Health Multipurpose Service Association members not to agitate and wait for the government to solve their problems.
''If they go on like this, the government will have no choice but to take action against them,'' Mr Tlanghmingthanga said.
Members of the association have launched an indefinite strike since yesterday, despite Mizoram Essential Service Maintenance Act being imposed.
The health workers are demanding the state government to resolve anomalies in their pay.
