Lalu-Paswan enters into a "tacit" friendship - BJP
Patna, Aug 5 (UNI) Branding the increasing friendly relationship between RJD supremo Lalu Prasad and LJP chief Ramvilas Paswan as ''tacit-friendship'', the BJP today alleged that the two old enemies were engaged in smoothing their relation with an eye on the coming Parliamentary elections.
BJP state spokesperson Vinod Narayan Jha and its state general secretary Mangal Pandey said the increasing popularity of the NDA Government in Bihar had created a sort of political crisis for both RJD and LJP.
Leaders of both parties were now sceptical about their victory in the Lok Sabha election, they alleged and said, '' Realising the situation the duo in order to come close to each other have joined hands. '' They further said a positive atmosphere had been created in the state and the mindset of the people had changed in the present regime.
Scared of the change, both Mr Prasad and Mr Paswan were striving for formation of a new alliance, they asserted.
The BJP leaders challenged both Mr Prasad and Mr Paswan to come to the electoral battleground and prove their worth in the people's court.
