Hearing of 2 Pak militants posted for Sept 5
Mysore, Aug 5 (UNI) A local court today posted the hearing in the cases of two Pakistani militants to September 5.
Third Additional Judicial Magistrate Uma postponed the hearing when the cases came up for hearing.
The two militants Fahad and Mohammad Ali Husain were arrested two years ago and were lodged in the Bangalore jail. When the hearing began today, the first accused Fahad sought the permission to write a letter to Pakistani High Commission for an advocate from Pakistan. However, Judge Uma said that she could not give direction on this but he could arrange for a free legal aid for his case.
Fahad said that he could argue his case on his own. Later, the case was posted for next hearing on September 5.
It may be recalled here that Fahad and Md Ali Husain were arrested in the city for suspected movements on the outskirts of the city. After the interrogation, it was understood that these two were hardcore terrorists involved in various cases in Jammu and Kashmir. They had planned to blow the Assembly and other places in the state.
