Bomb threat to train turns hoax in AP
Hyderabad, Aug 3 (UNI) Tirupathi-Secunderabad bound Narayanadri Express train was delayed for more than two hours between Ongole and Nalgonda railway stations, as a caller had informed the Railway Police of a bomb placed in the train.
Police said alerted by the anonymous call, the Railway Protection Force(RPF) conducted searches in the train, proceeding to Secunderabad from Tirupathi, and found that the call was a hoax.
When the doubts persisted on the call, the train was stopped again at Nalgonda station, where all the passengers were alighted from the train before conducting searches.
