Security further tightened in Temples

Dharmshala, Aug 2 (UNI) All the security arrangements were today checked by the Kangra District Police Chief during a surprise Check at Barjeshwari,Chamunda and Jawalamukhi temples.

Kangra District Police Chief Dr. Atul Fulzele said that six reserve police forces have been deployed in all the three shrines which include armed forces.

He said that two more reserves batalion would be deployed in these three temples from Monday in view of the ensuing Navratra's.

He said that security has been further beefed up and plain clothed police persons have been deployed to keep an eye on the suspicious elements.

He said that woman police force also has been deployed in the three temples. The administration was not going to take any chance in view of the recent Blasts in Banglore and Ahemadabad. He said that dog squads and bomb disposal squads too were kept in readiness.
