All India Inter Region Hockey Tournament from Aug 4 to 9

Bangalore, Aug 1 (UNI) Seven teams from various Zones and Army will participate in the All India Inter Region Hockey Tournament for Senior Boys to be held here from August 4 to 9.

The teams from East Zone, West Zone, South Zone, North Zone, North East, Central Zone and Army Boys Sports Company, New Delhi will be participating in the tournament, jointly organised by the Sports Authority of India (SAI), Department of Youth Services and Sports and Karnataka State Hockey Association.

The matches would be played on league cum knockout basis.
