Rainfall occurred at most places over Coastal Karnataka; at many places over South Interior Karnataka and at a few places over North Interior Karnataka. Heavy Rainfall amounts (cm): Bhagamandala, Agumbe 12 each; Mani, Sulya, Mangalore AP 9 each; Bantwal, Belthangadi, Subramanya 8 each; Mudibidre, Dharmasthala, Karkala, Panambur, Yellapura, Somwarpet, Sringeri, Kottigehara, Lakkavalli, Madikeri 7 each.
Other Chief amounts of rainfall (cm): Mulki, Puttur, Kollur, Kumta, Udupi, Linganamakki, Kammardi, Koppa, Madapura, Sakleshpura 6 each; Jagalbet, Siddapura (Udupi dt), Napoklu, Jayapura 5 each; Kundapur, Gerusoppa, Joida, Mangalore, Virajpet, Humchadakatte, Balehonnur, Mudigere 4 each.
