Chandigarh, Jul 30 (UNI) The Shiromani Akali Dal (SAD) will hold a public rally in the national capital on August two to garner support in view of the approaching Assembly polls in New Delhi.
Addressing mediapersons here, Punjab Chief Minister Prakash Singh Badal said that the rally will focus on major issues confronting the name, particularly inflation.
The Chief Minister disclosed that a similar rally will be organised in Rajasthan, where Assembly polls are also due.
Meanwhile Mr Badal's Political Advisor Daljit Singh Cheema today left for the national capital to oversee the arrangements for the rally.
