Krishna (Andhra Pradesh), July 28 : The main Opposition party in Andhra Pradesh, the Telugu Desam Party (TDP) will today launch a campaign against the Congress-led UPA Government making the public aware about the failures of the Government during its four-year rule.
The party would kick-start the six-day campaign from the state's Krishna district.
The campaign is being organised after the Centre won the confidence motion on July 22 over the Indo-US nuclear deal.
Party General Secretary D. Umamaheswara Rao on Sunday said that public meetings would be organised during the campaign.
Besides, public rallies to create awareness among the people about the UPA Government's failures and how it won the trust vote with unethical practices in parliament will also be conducted during the campaign.
Major public meetings and rallies would be organized at Gannavaram, Mylavaram and Jaggiahpet.
