Rahul interacts with YC 'Aam Aadmi Ka Sepoy' workers
Hyderabad, Jul 27 (UNI) Congress Working Committee (CWC) member and All India Congress Committee (AICC) general secretary Rahul Gandhi today interacted with Youth Congress (YC) 'Aam Aadmi Ka Sepoy' workers and asked them to strengthen the party.
Mr Gandhi, who arrived here yesterday to participate in programmes organised by the Pradesh Congress Committee (PCC) and the YC with 'Aam Aadmi Ka Sepoy,' who underwent training for five days.
Mr Gandhi, while addressing the concluding session today, advised them to take the Government welfare and developmental schemes, including the National Rural Employment Guarantee (NREG) scheme by monitoring its implementation in the country.
Earlier, Mr Gandhi launched the Communication System installed in the party headquarters at Gandhi Bhavan and held teleconference with six District Congress Committee (DCC) Presidents and ascertained their views.
AICC General Secretary and Andhra Pradesh in-charge M Veerappa Moily, Chief Minister Y S Rajasekhara Reddy and PCC President D Srinivas, were among others, present on the occasion. Later Mr Gandhi left for New Delhi. He was seen off at the airport by Dr Reddy and Mr Srinivas, among others.
