Hokkaido, Japan, Jul 27 (UNI) Jeev Milkha Singh fired a sizzling six-under 66 in the fourth and final round to lift the Nagashima Shigeo Invitational Sega Sammy Cup here today.
The Indian ace, who was at the fourth spot yesterday, produced his best card of the week to notch up a total of 13-under 275, equalling the tournament record set by Lin Keng-chi.
He had a near-perfect round with a lone bogey on the 12th hole.
He had a sensational back nine, sinking three birdies over the last four holes for a total of seven birdies in the final round.
Local favourite Sushi Ishigaki (72) finished two shots behind Jeev to take second place.
