Bangalore, Jul 26(UNI) Karnataka Chief Minister B S Yeddyurappa today said police will unravel the mystery behind serial bomb blasts in the city by evening.
Speaking to mediapersons here Mr Yeddyurappa said police would get definite clues about the blasts. A high-level team from the Centre was expected in the city to assess the situation, he added.
Home Minister V S Acharya said all angles, including terrorist involvement would be probed to unearth the truth. The Minister was also expected to address a high-level meeting by afternoon on the issue.
State Director General of Police R Srikumar suspected that it was the handiwork of some professionals. The government had also announced Rs one lakh reward for imformation on the identity of the miscreants. Gelatine sticks reinforced with metal pieces were used in the blasts, he said.
One woman was killed and seven others injured as a string of eight synchronised bombs went off one after the other yesterday, creating panic among the people.
