New Delhi, Jul 25: The three Bharatiya Janata Party Members of Parliament, who claimed on the floor of the Lok Sabha that they were bribed for abstaining from voting, filed a formal complaint against Samajwadi Party leader Amar Singh to the Lok Sabha Secretariat.

The three MPs - Ashok Argal, Mahavir Bhagora and Faggan Singh Kulste filed the complaint before Secretary General of Lok Sabha P D T Achary. The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on July 22 insisted that it had credible proof of their Members of Parliament receiving huge amounts of cash from the Samajwadi Party to abstain from Tuesday's trust vote. A senior BJP leader claimed that this was no cooked up story as alleged by the treasury benches, and added that the BJP possessed the evidence.

"We have got a recording of this money changing hands at the residence of Samajwadi Party General Secretary Amar Singh," he said.

He also said that the BJP had all the television footage of Amar Singh giving away the money to the three BJP MPs' at his Delhi residence.

Speaker Somnath Chatterjee told the House that nobody will be spared if found guilty.
