Reference rate fixed at Rs 41.96 per Dollar

Mumbai, Jul 24 (UNI) The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) today fixed the reference rate for US Dollar at Rs 41.96 per unit, eased 37 paise against its yesterday's rate of Rs 42.33 per dollar.

The reference rate for Euro was quoted 93 paise down at Rs 65.82 per unit against yesterday's rate of Rs 66.75.

The exchange rates for Pound and Japanese Yen against the Rupee were quoted at Rs 83.7836 (84.3277) per Pound and Rs 38.90 (39.36) per 100 units respectively, a data received from RBI said.
