Hindustan Zinc Q1 net slips 30%
New Delhi, Jul 24 (UNI) Hindustan Zinc Ltd today said its net profit slipped 30 per cent to Rs 847.81 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2008 as compared to Rs 1,211.36 crore in the corresponding period previous year.
The company's total income also decreased 18.2 per cent Rs 1,853.04 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2008 from Rs 2,266.06 crore for Q1FY07-08.
