Lucknow, Jul 24 (UNI) At least six minors, girls, were killed and seven others injured in separate incidents of wall collapse in Chandauli and Pratapgarh districts of Uttar Pradesh today.
Additional Superintendent of Police (ASP) of Chandauli, Vikramaditya Sacchan, said four teenaged girls were burried alive under the debris of a dilapidated wall at village Khajra in Dheena area.
Two people, who sustained injuries in the incident, had been admitted to district hospital for treatment, he added.
Whereas, two girls of a family were killed in the tumble down of a wall at village Ror in Mandhata area of Pratapgarh district five members of the family sustained injuries in this incident, police said.
