New Delhi, Jul 23 (UNI) Describing yesterday's victory of the UPA government on the Confidence Motion as a ''murder of democracy'', ten political parties, including the Left, the BSP and constituents of the UNPA, today vowed to carry on their fight against the ruling coalition and launch a joint nationwide campaign against it.
The other parties which have come together are JD(S) of former Prime Minister HD Deve Gowda and Rashtriya Lok Dal (RLD) of Ajit Singh.
The leaders, who met at BSP chief Mayawati's house this morning, said they expected cooperation among them to translate into a strong Third Force.
''The UPA government may have won the vote in the Lok Sabha yesterday, but has lost the trust of the nation,'' CPI(M) leader Prakash Karat said while reading a statement issued at the end of the breakfast meeting.
