London, July 20 : Carla Bruni-Sarkozy's new album has landed the third spot in French album sales - a week after its release.
'Comme si de rien n'etait' ('As If Nothing Had Happened') is only behind albums by Coldplay and a French pop singer Laurent Voulzy, according to France's National Union of Phonographic Edition
According to her record label, 'Na¯ve', the album sold more than 14,000 copies in its first two days, reports the Daily Express.
The former supermodel-turned-singer married French President Nicolas Sarkozy in February after a whirlwind romance.
The new album is being released around Europe this month and is also tipped to hit shelves in the US on August 5.
