New Delhi, Jul 19 (UNI) In a series of meetings between leaders of small parties just ahead of the trust vote, TDP leader Chandra Babu Naidu and TRS leader Chhandrasekhar Rao today called on Rashtriya Lok Dal (RLD) chief Ajit Singh, who is still to open his cards on support to the Government.

Emerging after the meeting, Mr Singh said he was yet to take a decision on support to the Government. He, however, also, indicated that he was not averse to joining the anti-nuclear deal camp.

''Mr Naidu is an old friend, and I will certainly take his advice into account while taking a final decision,' Mr Singh said.

He said he would be meeting more leaders and consulting his party before arriving at any final view.

Mr Singh's party has three MPs in the Lok Sabha, a number that has become important in the close contest that was expected to take place between the Government and opponents of the nuclear deal, when the trust motion would be moved in Parliament on July 22.

While the TDP and the TRS had already declared their opposition to the deal, H D Deve Gowda's party today also passed a resolution slamming the Government move to go ahead with the deal and declaring that it would oppose the trust vote.
