Another sultry day in Delhi, mercury rises to 36.8 Deg C
New Delhi, Jul 19 (UNI) It was another sultry day in Delhi today with the high humdity levels leading to perspiring conditions.
Bright sunlight coupled with 82 per cent humidity led to acute sultry weather.
The maximum temperature was recorded one degree above normal at 36.8 degrees Celsius.
In the morning the minimum temperature rose from 28 degrees Celsius yesterday to 29.3 degrees C, almost two degrees above normal.
The lull in monsoon rains is likely to persist for next few days, though weatherman have forecast some thundery developments in the city in the coming days.
The Met office has forecast a partly cloudy sky in the national capital in the next 24 hours with thundry development likely in a few areas.
