Jammu, Jul 14 (UNI) An over ground worker (OGW) of Hizb-ul-Mujaheedin (HM) was arrested by police and 'Hawala' money of Rs 1 lakh was recovered from him in Rajouri district of Jammu and Kashmir, official sources here today said.
''The OGW of HM was apprehended last evening on specific information and an amount of Rs one lakh 'Hawala' money was recovered from his possession in the denomination of Rs 1000 and Rs 5000 notes,'' official sources told UNI.
However, the OGW has been identified as Mushtaq Hussain, resident of ladyote in rajouri district.
''The arrested OGW had visited Pakistan on a valid visa about two months back via wagah border. He received rs 1.30 lakh from across the border and carried to India about ten days back,'' police sources said.
He has been put under sustained questioning for more information, police added.
