Kingfisher A330-200 unveiled at Farnborough Airshow
Mumbai, Jul 14 (UNI) The Kingfisher Airlines today unveiled its eagerly awaited Airbus A330-200 at the Farnborough Airshow in England.
Unveiling of the new Wide Body A330-200 also comes on the eve of the launch of international operations by the airlines, a release issued here said.
Speaking with mediapersons, Chairman and CEO, Kingfisher Airlines, Dr Vijay Mallya said, ''The new A330-200 aircraft will surely redefine the experience of flying in the global skies. As we stand on the threshold of the commencement of international services to the UK, the US and elsewhere, I hope to soon have the privilege to invite you to sample the Kingfisher experience first-hand.'' The spacious full-length wide-bodied twin aisle cabin of A330-200 will be configured in two classes -- Kingfisher First and Kingfisher Class, the release said.
