Rajkot, Jul 14 (UNI) The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has entered into an Umpires' Exhange Programme with its South African Counterpart.
The BCCI secretary Niranjan Shah today said in a press release that under the programme, the BCCI will depute two umpires to officiate in two four-day matches each in South Africa's domestic competition in the 2008-09 season.
Two umpires from South Africa will do likewise in two Duleep Trophy games each during the forthcoming domestic season in India, the release said.
