Winehouse's 'no controversy' concert thrills Irish fans
London, July 13 : Troubled singer Amy Winehouse delighted thousands of fans at the Oxygen festival near Dublin - without any controversial incident.
The 24-year-old popstar who has been battling with drug problems elbowed a fan in her last performance at Glastonbury, but her latest show certainly proved to be a hit.
"She was brilliant, great atmosphere, she's a real star," the Daily Star quoted a fan, as saying.
Winehouse performed the hit singles including 'Valerie' and 'Rehab'. Her subtle saxophone-infused set lasted almost an hour before 80,000 fans at Punchestown Racecourse this weekend.
After the performance, Amy hugged her backing singers, one of whom even had to fix her white dress.
Last year, Winehouse, who has received treatment for her drugs problem, had to cancel a concert in Belfast after being advised by her doctors.
