New Delhi, Jul 13 (UNI) Reliance Infocom Infrastructure, a company owned by Anil Ambani, will go to the Bombay High Court for the recovery of Rs 58 crore from Madhuban Merchandise Private Limited(MMPL), a company belonging to Mukesh Ambani Group.

It was conveyed to a Supreme Court bench comprising Justices S H Kapadia and B Sudarshan Reddy on July 11 by senior counsel Mukul Rohatagi appearing for Reliance Infocom, while seeking permission of the apex court to withdraw a petition against the order of Bombay High Court vide which petition of Reliance Infocom against winding up of MMPL was dismissed.

Mr Rohatagi submitted before the apex court on July 11 that the petitioner will file a suit for recovery in the competent court and hence wanted to withdraw its petition. The apex court granted him permission to withdraw the same.

According to Anil, MMPL owed Rs 233.85 crore out of which it is not repaying Rs 58 crore on the basis of bogus and unsubstantiated allegations.
