Bangalore, Jul 12 (UNI) Janatadal(S), which has three members in Lok Sabha, has not yet taken any decision either to support or to oppose the trust vote sought by Prime Minister Manmohan Singh in the Lok Sabha during the special session on July 21 and 22.
Speaking to newspersons here today former JD(S) President H D Deve Gowda said that the party is yet to arrive to a decision.
"We have not taken any decision either to vote in favour of Trust Vote or not The party will sit together and deliberate on the issue of Indo-U.S nuclear deal before arriving to any decision on the trust vote," he said.
The four-year-old Congress-led U.P.A government is seeking trust vote in the Lok Sabha following withdrawal of support by Left Parties in protest against UPA's stand on the nuclear deal. The support of JD(S) will be crucial for the UPA the government.
JD(S) had been contacted by both the sides to support their stands on the nuclear deal.
